How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account directly in the Predion app. Follow these steps:
- Open the Predion app on your device
- Go to Profile
- Tap Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Review the summary of data that will be deleted
- If you own groups with other members, transfer ownership first
- Type DELETE to confirm
- Tap Delete to permanently remove your account

What Is Retained

Group content created by other members (such as their predictions and group messages) is not affected by your account deletion.
Blocking Conditions
If you own groups that have other members, you cannot delete your account until you transfer ownership. The app will show you which groups are blocking deletion and allow you to transfer ownership to another member.
Can't Access the App?
If you no longer have access to the Predion app, you can request account deletion by email:
Subject: Account Deletion Request
Include: The email address associated with your Predion account
Timeline: We will process your request within 30 days and confirm via email once your account and data have been deleted.
